Excellent host, arranged airport pickup, always available for questions, stored luggage during Sahara trip. Authentic riad with beautiful details, cleaned daily. Convenient location near main square and souks. Use GPS tracker app for navigation. Lovely patio, friendly staff. Abdul and Magic went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Ground floor room was quiet and comfortable. Terrace for relaxing. Helpful recommendations for local experiences. Great breakfast. Abdallah and Nora went out of their way to assist with health issue. Genuine care and local immersion.

I had a fantastic experience at this riad. The host, Majid, provided exceptional customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. He made our holiday smooth and enjoyable. The multilingual staff made communication easy. The interiors were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. Majid gave us useful insights on the city and the culture, making us feel more like locals. The breakfast and tea were delicious. I highly recommend this riad.
There were some minor issues with the plumbing and air conditioning, but they were still functional. The lobby area and the pool did not match the pictures online, but it didn't affect my overall experience.
